These Terms apply no matter how you access the services, including through our website, email, or other platforms.

By using this website or purchasing any service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, legally capable of entering into a binding agreement, and that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions in full.

MoneyMaestro.is provides educational services related to personal finance, including free content and resources, online courses and programs, memberships and community-based programs, group coaching, live sessions, webinars, and one-to-one coaching.
All services are provided online unless clearly stated otherwise.
Services are provided only as described in the relevant service, program, or membership. Any additional features, support, or access are not included unless explicitly stated.

All content and services provided through MoneyMaestro.is are for educational, informational, and supportive purposes only.

9. Right to refuse or terminate services
MoneyMaestro.is reserves the right to refuse access to or terminate services at any time, with or without notice, and at its sole discretion. Services may be refused or terminated, without obligation to provide a refund, if a user violates these Terms & Conditions, engages in abusive, disrespectful, manipulative, or harmful behavior, disrupts group programs or community spaces, misuses or shares paid content, or is deemed not a suitable fit for the services. This right applies both before and after purchase.
10. Use of the website and content
You agree not to copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, or share content, provide access to paid materials to third parties, interfere with website functionality, or use the website or services for unlawful purposes. Unauthorized use may result in immediate termination of access.
11. Registration and communication
To access certain services, you may be required to register and provide personal information. By registering, you consent to receive communications related to the services you signed up for. You may unsubscribe from non-essential communications at any time.
12. Orders and acceptance
An order is considered accepted only when payment has been successfully processed. MoneyMaestro.is reserves the right to decline or cancel any order prior to acceptance.
13. Payments and payment plans
All payments are processed through third-party payment providers. If a payment plan is offered and selected, you agree to complete all scheduled payments. Failure to do so may result in immediate suspension or termination of access without refund.
Some services may be offered as memberships or subscriptions with recurring billing. By enrolling, you authorize automatic recurring charges until cancellation. Cancellation stops future charges but does not result in refunds for past payments or unused time. Access ends at the conclusion of the billing period.
14. Refund policy
Refund policies, if applicable, are stated on the relevant sales or checkout page. If no refund policy is stated, all sales are final, except where mandatory consumer protection laws apply.
Refunds are not based on results, participation, or personal circumstances.
For digital content, online programs, or services that include immediate access to materials, platforms, or course content, you agree at checkout that access is provided immediately and that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once access has been granted.
For services that do not include immediate access to digital content (such as 1:1 coaching), you have a 14-day right of withdrawal.
If you agree that the service will begin within this 14-day period, you acknowledge that you may be charged for any services provided before cancellation. If the service is fully delivered within this period, you lose your right of withdrawal.
15. Coaching sessions
Coaching sessions (including one-to-one and group coaching) are provided as part of the Services.
You are responsible for attending sessions at the scheduled time. Missed sessions may not be rescheduled or refunded, unless otherwise agreed.
16. Webinars, group calls, and recordings
Live webinars, workshops, group calls, and online events may be recorded. By participating, you consent to recording and to your name, voice, image, or chat messages appearing in recordings. Recordings may be reused for educational, informational, or marketing purposes. If you do not wish to be recorded, you should not attend live sessions.
17. Community conduct and confidentiality
Participation in group programs or communities requires respectful conduct. MoneyMaestro.is reserves the right to remove participants who disrupt the environment or violate these Terms & Conditions, without refund. While reasonable care is taken, confidentiality cannot be guaranteed in group environments, and you are responsible for what you choose to share.
18. Technical requirements
Most Services are delivered online and may require access to certain technologies, such as a reliable internet connection, a computer or mobile device, and the use of third-party platforms (for example, tools like Zoom or similar services).
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary technical setup to access and participate in the Services.
MoneyMaestro.is is not responsible for any technical issues, interruptions, or limitations on your side that may affect your access to or participation in the Services.
19. Intellectual property
All content on MoneyMaestro.is, including text, videos, recordings, worksheets, courses, and resources, is the intellectual property of MoneyMaestro.is unless otherwise stated. Content may not be copied, reproduced, shared, resold, or distributed without prior written permission.
